Total Battle is a game where you can build up a strong army and become the king of your own kingdom. You'll have fight against enemy forces and conquer new lands. Once you have conquered new places you'll have a chance to recruit its former citizens to join you in battle to conquer more places.

At the beginning of the game you will be given tutorials so that you can grasp the basics of Total Battle. You will learn how to renovate buildings and turn them into barracks, temples, academies and other buildings for your people. Some of these building are to train, feed and give medical treatments to the troops and some are to upgrade your city to the next level.

Apart from building up your city, you have to battle enemy troops. By winning these battles you can unlock special troops, captains, collect raw materials, provisions and special armors.

Using the world map you can plan which place you want to conquer next. On the map you will see what kind of people and monsters are occupying these places. Before sending your troops to the battle, you can choose how many men from your riders, archers and spear men you wish to send. The total number of soldiers will be fixed for each battle. You can only increase or decrease the number of soldiers you need from each faction. At the bottom of your screen you can see the chances of winning a battle with your selected men. Use that as a guide to make your changes. You can then return to your city while your troops are battling the enemy.

The story of this game unfolds chapter by chapter by chapter. There will be a set of tasks for you to complete at each chapter. You will be rewarded with potions, coins, raw materials, experience points, valor points and other rewards for every task you complete. Once you complete all the tasks of a chapter you will receive some more rewards and can proceed to the next chapter.
