This game revolves around the two characters named Penny and Flo. They have been tasked by a former Hollywood actress to renovate her mansion. At the moment the mansion is in a very bad condition. It is now Penny's and Flo's responsibility to renovate, decorate and bring the mansion to its former glory.

The story goes chapter by chapter. Each chapter consist of mini tasks for the duo to complete. You can check these task's by clicking on Penny's scrap book which is in the left bottom corner of the screen. To perform a task you will need 1 or more stars. You can gather these stars by playing match 3 games.

Every match 3 game comes with mini assignments like collect 5 papers, collect 15 yellow boxes and collect 5 rockets. You will be given a certain number of moves to play each game. If you run out of moves, you can replay the game or buy a few more moves with some money.

The special part of the match 3 games in Penny & Flo: Finding Home, is that you can't drag the objects to collect them. You simply tap on 2 or more similar looking objects which have been stacked together. If you get to increase the number of stacked objects while playing, you can create special booster too.

After every win you will be rewarded with stars and coins. You will also receive special gifts in-between completing tasks in each chapter. These gifts may include coins, boosters and free life for a short period of time.
